Every new Software Organiser customer receives one year’s free support which includes:
- Installation and deployment planning
- General product usage enquiries
- Help with vendor software licensing scenarios and how to record them in Software Organiser
- Product updates
- An online introductory training session
Existing customers can renew their annual support agreement at 20% of the current product cost.
Call support or send us an email; calls will be answered promptly and your request dealt with in a professional manor. We do not use call automation or call routing systems.
