The Support Package

Every new Software Organiser customer receives one year’s free support which includes:

•     Installation and deployment planning
•     General product usage enquiries
•     Help with vendor software licensing scenarios and how to record them in Software Organiser
•     Product updates
•     An online introductory training session

Existing customers can renew their annual support agreement at 20% of the current product cost.

Call support or send us an email; calls will be answered promptly and your request dealt with in a professional manor. We do not use call automation or call routing systems.
